Return Policy

Overview

At Nurturee, we want you to feel confident when shopping at trynurturee.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions described below.


Return Periods

  • 90-Day Trial: Some of our products may include a 90-day trial period. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page. The 90-day trial starts from the date your order is delivered.

  • 30-Day Standard Returns: Products that are not covered by a 90-day trial may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions below.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product. We do not charge any restocking fees.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a standard return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the safety seal intact.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

For products covered by a 90-day trial, we may accept returns even if the product has been opened or used, provided the request is made within the trial period and complies with the instructions provided by our support team.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for your return request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your package back.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged;
  • You received the wrong item;
  • Your order is missing an item.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@trynurturee.com with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to contact us, return the product if your return is approved, and place a new order once your return has been accepted.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the refund is due to our error.
