Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days from the purchase date, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. During peak seasons, product launches, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may vary.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping service for your order. Any promotional shipping offers, such as free shipping, will be shown at checkout when applicable.


Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method, destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, holidays, or local delivery disruptions may impact delivery timelines.

Change of Address

If you need to update the shipping address for an order you have already placed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trynurturee.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to a fulfillment partner or carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may require 24–48 hours to appear after the label has been created.

If your tracking has not updated immediately, this does not necessarily mean your order has not shipped. Carrier scans may be delayed, especially during busy periods or international transit.


International Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing can extend delivery timelines, and Nurturee is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import inspections, or unpaid duties and taxes.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. Carriers may have additional delivery details that are not visible in the tracking link.
